AMR is the only medical transportation provider in San Diego County to be recognized with the Gold Standard from the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS), and we have retained accreditation since 1994.

champion EMS team. The three-member team representing
the Regional Cooperative Care Program won the international
Australian Simulation Challenge in September 2007
and the National EMS Games in Baltimore, Maryland
in March 2007.
